I enjoyed my time at River Falls. The relationship between faculty and students was close. They knew their students when they saw them outside of class. I taught at Wild Rose High School for 4 years and Coleman High School for 30 years when I retired in 2003. The 34 years I spent teaching agriculture I saw a lot of change in agriculture as well as the students.

I was thankful to be able to live in the barracks while attending college there and many of those friendships have lasted a lifetime. I enjoyed teaching at Wittenberg and loved the opportunity to work for the DPI. I really enjoyed working with all the FFA officers as state FFA advisor.
